Throughout my life there has been one constant, the name of Joyce. During my formative years at school I made a friend of a wee girl called Joyce and here we are sixty years later, still good friends. Then I met and married my soul mate a young lady by the name of Joyce. Our marriage lasted thirty four years, alas my wife contracted cancer and died in 1989. I have four brothers and a sister and would you believe it, my sister is named Joyce. In the years following my wife’s death I was introduced to a lady who was to become my second wife. Yes you have guessed it, her name is Joyce. Coincidental, or what?
